What moves a project above the starting price

$500 and $750 are where these sites start, not fixed prices for every site. These are the things that move a project above them:

1. More pages or unique layouts. Cost follows how many different page designs you need, not just the page count.
2. Content. Copy that's ready to go is quicker than content I need to plan and write with you.
3. Design depth. A fully bespoke visual identity takes more work than a refined, proven layout.
4. Functionality. Booking flows, calculators, member areas, multiple languages or e-commerce each add design, build and testing time.
5. Integrations. Connecting your CRM, booking tool, email platform or payments means setup and testing for each.
6. Migration. Moving an existing site means mapping old URLs and protecting the rankings you already have.
7. Care after launch. Updates, new pages and ongoing improvements are scoped separately.

If your project goes beyond the starting package, I'll send you a written scope and price before anything changes. No surprises halfway through.

How I work

1. Start a conversation. Message me on WhatsApp. Tell me about your business, your buyers and what a booked call or enquiry is worth to you.
2. Written scope. I confirm what's included, the timeline and the payment terms in writing, so you know exactly what you're getting.
3. Structure and messaging. I map the path from landing to enquiry and agree the key messages with you before design starts.
4. Design and build. I build on a staging link, so you review the real site in your browser, not a static mockup.
5. Launch and handover. I go live, check that the forms and analytics work, and hand over the accounts. You own the code once the project is paid.

Founder-led means you talk to the person building your site at every step. I'm the engineer and the project manager, so nothing gets lost in a handoff. I build with modern tools like Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind, chosen for speed and a clean finish.
