Some Dubai briefs are not a brochure. FKode Labs designs web applications and the mobile apps beside them: a client portal, a membership, or a product used on a phone in the Emirates.
An application should not pretend to be a two-week website. The proposal names the accounts, the content model, and what the first release deliberately leaves out. You own the code when the fee is paid.
FKodeLabs builds in TypeScript. A web application can stand with a public site, or the public site can already exist. We say which it is before engineering starts.

We do not list a Dubai street address. Dubai clients work directly with the studio. The India practice has its own application page when the product is briefed from Mumbai.

Yes. A public site and a logged-in product are scoped separately. We will say if the existing site should stay as it is.
